Job summary

ConFlip in Abu-Dhabi seeks an experienced Tutor to provide personalized instruction and support to help students reach their educational goals. This part-time role requires after-school or weekend availability and offers a competitive AED 1,200 monthly salary.

You'll develop tutoring plans, guide learners through material, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to individual needs, contributing to student success in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience working as a tutor or teacher.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tutoring plans tailored to each student's individual needs.
• Guide students through course material, ensuring they understand the topics at hand.
• Help students develop study skills, such as time management and organizational skills.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and suggest new strategies for improvement.
• Help students prepare for tests, quizzes, and exams.
• Keep records of student progress and performance.
• Answer student questions about assignments or related topics.
• Explain difficult concepts in a variety of ways to ensure understanding.
