Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of tutoring experience and strong communication and computer skills to support students across ages. Responsibilities include guiding students, preparing lesson plans, designing learning plans, tracking progress, and applying new teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using computers for teaching purposes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance and support to students on academic topics and helping them understand difficult concepts.
• Assisting with the preparation of course materials, such as lesson plans and exercises.
• Designing individualized learning plans for each student based on their needs and abilities.
• Monitoring students’ progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Keeping up to date with new teaching methods and approaches.
• Developing good working relationships with students and parents or guardians.
