Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a personal trainer or related field

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Extensive knowledge of exercise techniques and nutritional principles

Responsibilities

• Create individualized fitness plans with measurable goals that correspond with the individual’s needs
• Guide clients through exercises to ensure proper form and technique
• Monitor progress of clients over time and adjust plans as needed
• Educate clients on the importance of nutrition, hydration, rest, and recovery for optimal fitness results
• Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits outside of the gym setting
