Qualifications

• Two years of experience in personal training required.
• Excellent communication skills essential; knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Recognized certified qualification in fitness instruction or personal training is required.

Responsibilities

• Design customized exercise programs tailored to each client’s abilities, lifestyle, and goals.
• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust programs as needed.
• Motivate clients during sessions to ensure adherence and performance.
• Provide nutrition advice to support training goals.
• Keep accurate records of client progress and update progress charts.
• Possible lifestyle coaching or group fitness classes as part of duties.
