Job summary

JobLeader in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. You will conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, assess clients’ fitness levels, and tailor plans to help them reach goals.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, strong knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition, and a solid understanding of gym equipment safety. Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a personal trainer in areas such as strength training or Pilates.
• Certification from a recognised fitness organization is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of gym equipment safety and usage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group fitness sessions with clients.
• Assess clients’ physical capabilities and fitness levels.
• Design tailored training plans and provide nutrition and lifestyle advice.
• Attend regular team meetings to discuss progress and plan sessions.
