Job summary

Avanta Works in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to design tailored exercise programs, monitor progress, and coach clients toward their fitness goals.

The role requires strong communication, a relevant degree, experience with diverse clients, and compliance with safety standards. Evening and weekend hours may be needed, with a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Knowledge of different exercise programs and activities.
• Understanding of anatomy, nutrition and physical fitness.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
• Certification in CPR/AED/First Aid is preferred but not required.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design customized exercise programs for clients and monitor progress.
• Modify programs based on progress and client feedback.
• Track client progress using online systems and provide progression reports.
• Provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle advice to promote wellness.
• Motivate clients to reach goals and maintain engagement.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required.
