Joint Space in Dubai's Alserkal Avenue is inviting personal trainers and movement coaches to join a multidisciplinary polyclinic, training clients within a clinical-team environment. You will bring an established client base, hold the Dubai training licence, and operate within our integrated patient journey, with referrals from clinicians as needed.

This role offers a premium space to train, ongoing professional development, and a commission-based arrangement to reward your impact and client

Qualifications

• The licence required to train clients in Dubai, and your own professional insurance.

About Joint Space

We are inviting personal trainers and movement coaches to bring their clients and their practice into Joint Space Polyclinic in Alserkal Avenue.

How we work

Our practitioners work as one team. Care at Joint Space is integrated, patient centric and focused on the whole patient journey, and movement is one of the pillars that journey runs through. Coaches at Joint Space work alongside our physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and medical practitioners, so a client who needs clinical support can see the right person in the same building, and a patient finishing their rehabilitation can continue into training with a coach who already knows their story.

This gives coaches the chance to work with a wider range of people, from active adults and athletes to people coming back from injury or surgery, and to keep learning alongside clinicians every day.

Our movement space currently offers:

• A fully equipped gym and movement space
  
• Kinstretch and movement classes
  
• FRC movement assessments
  
• VALD testing with force plates and grip dynamometers, run by our clinical team
  
• A full recovery space with sauna, cold bath, hyperbaric, red light and PEMF
  

What we expect from you

• A recognised personal training or coaching qualification, the licence required to train clients in Dubai, and your own professional insurance
  
• An established client base that you will bring with you
  
• An interest in working with people coming back from injury or rehabilitation, alongside healthy and active clients
  
• Referral to our clinical team when a client needs assessment or treatment
  
• An understanding of the Joint Space patient journey, and a willingness to work within it alongside our clinical team
  
• Client sessions booked and managed through our booking system
  
• Contribution to classes, workshops and community events
