We are looking for a certified and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team and help clients achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing customized workout plans, providing motivational coaching, and ensuring safe and effective training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout programs.
Provide one-on-one and group training sessions tailored to clients' goals.
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition guidance.
Track client progress and adjust training programs as needed.
Motivate and support clients to maintain consistency and achieve results.
Ensure a safe and welcoming training environment.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
Requirements:
Certification in Personal Training (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach.
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
Ability to create customized fitness programs for different fitness levels.
