• Recruit(monthlytarget)andretaincustomers.
• BuildarelationshipwithtoptiercustomersinordertostrengthenbrandandpersonalLoyalty.
• Identifytheneedsofthecustomerandrecommendarangeofproductstochoosefrominordertoarriveatanappropriatebuyingdecision.
• Ensuremonthlysalestargetsareachievedacrosscategories.
• Ensurethatsalesleadsareidentifiedandprioritizedaswellascreateandimplementnewsellingideastoensuresalestargetsaremet.
• WorkcloselywithBuying,PlanningandDigitalMerchandisingteamstoensuremaximumknowledgeofforthcomingstockavailabilitytoforcustomerbenefit.
• ProvidingsupporttothecustomercareteamtoresolveVIPcustomers'issuesasnecessary.
• Follownetworkingstrategiesinordertodevelopandenhanceclientbase.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diplomaorbachelor’sdegreeinanyrelatedfield,preferablyinFashion.
