Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Personal Shopper with deep expertise in the luxury watch industry. You’ll need solid knowledge of top-tier brands like Richard Mille, Rolex, Audemars Piguet (AP), and Patek Philippe, and a strong grasp of pricing and trends within the secondary market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source rare and high-value watches locally and internationally
• Advise clients on purchases based on preferences, market demand, and investment value
• Manage the entire client experience—from initial inquiry to final delivery
• Build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers
• Provide accurate pricing, availability updates, and market insights
• Coordinate with operations for smooth sourcing and delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years in luxury watch sales, sourcing, or trading
• In-depth product and market knowledge of major watch brands
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A personal network of suppliers or clients is highly advantageous
• Strong familiarity with the Dubai luxury market and willingness to be field-active
• Preference for male candidates due to sourcing logistics, though all qualified applicants are welcome

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: AED 11,000/month
• Commission: Up to 9% of net profit based on sales volume and new client acquisition
• Bonus: Additional incentives for high-margin sales and referrals
• Estimated Total Earnings: AED 20,000–25,000+ monthly (performance dependent)
