This full-time, live-out role requires expert menu planning, sourcing ingredients, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing stock and budgets, and overseeing daily kitchen operations in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Private Chef, ideally in an HNWI/UHNW household or high-end restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary skills across multiple cuisines.
• Excellent menu planning, food preparation and hygienic kitchen management.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality, varied and nutritious meals, with the flexibility to cater to different cuisines and dietary preferences. The role requires someone who is confident working independently within a private household and understands the high standards of discretion, presentation and service expected in a HNWI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals to a consistently high standard, with a focus on quality, freshness and presentation.
• Cook across a variety of cuisines, including India-n, Chinese, Thai and Western.
• Plan weekly menus based on household preferences, dietary requirements and nutritional needs.
• Manage grocery and ingredient sourcing, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, organisation and hygiene.
• Manage kitchen stock, supplies and equipment.
• Adapt menus and meals to accommodate changing preferences, allergies or dietary requirements.
• Minimise food waste and manage household food budgets effectively.
• Maintain a professional and discreet approach when working within a private household.
• Take responsibility for the overall day-to-day management of the kitchen.

About You
