What You ll Do
* Actively promote and sell FAB's asset and liability products to both new and existing retail customers
* Process customer service requests including account openings, online banking setups, and cheque deliveries
* Generate referrals for FAB s Elite and Elite Gold programs by identifying high-potential clients
* Educate Classic and Advantage customers on using digital banking platforms such as Mobile, ATM, and Online Banking
* Support digital onboarding targets by demonstrating FAB s mobile app and online tools to customers
* Address customer inquiries relayed by the call center and ensure a high standard of service resolution
* Meet and exceed personal monthly sales and customer onboarding targets
* Participate in daily retail sales team huddles and collaborate on branch sales strategies
* Promote FAB s NPS (Net Promoter Score) goals by ensuring zero complaints and a positive customer journey
* Follow up with existing customers to build deeper relationships and encourage account balance growth
Candidate Requirements
* High school diploma required; additional qualifications in Banking or Business are an advantage
* Minimum 2 years of retail banking experience, preferably in a branch-based customer service or sales role
* Familiarity with banking products, digital channels, and customer support procedures
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Sales-driven with a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving attitude
* Tech-savvy with the ability to guide customers in digital product usage
