Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop customer relationships to achieve assigned sales and service objectives/standards.
2. Provide a satisfactory level of service to personal banking customers and explore cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to increase personal banking revenue.
3. Identify customer needs and proactively deliver quality, tailored customer service that exceeds expectations.
4. Identify new personal banking customers and refer leads to other segments within the bank.
5. Maintain continuous customer contact, requiring strong competencies and skills in customer dealings.
6. Stay updated on products, policies, processes, and campaigns/promotions, and incorporate any amendments.
7. Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and completeness of all applications and forms.
8. Accept, evaluate, and process all after-sales transactions (AST).
9. Perform duties with vigilance, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Education & Skills

• Proven experience as a personal banker; experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations.
• Familiarity with banking software; proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to diligently meet targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• BSc/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
