Qualifications

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Founder.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Manage the Founder’s schedule;
  • Provide personal and business travel support to the Founder worldwide (visas, hotels, transfers, etc.);
  • Work directly with the Founder’s personal staff and monitor their work;
  • Establish and maintain communication with international partners, banks, mass media, and local suppliers;
  • Take part in business meetings and give recommendations on how to make these meetings more effective.

We expect from you:

  • 5+ years of successful experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to C-Executives/founders/HNWI;
  • Fluent English is a must (spoken and written);
  • Russian – native/fluent;
  • Vast experience in travel support and business assistance;
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace;
  • Successful candidate: positive, open-minded, deadline and result-oriented, able to cope with various tasks while keeping priority in mind, can efficiently work under pressure, able to work in a team, able to multitask, responsible, well-organized, accurate, flexible, a great communicator, detail-oriented, energetic, and diplomatic.

  • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
  • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
