Role Summary

We are hiring a Personal Assistant (PA) to work closely with the CEO of Progwingroup. This is a high-trust, fast-paced role for someone sharp, responsive, and grounded — someone who anticipates what needs to be done and gets it done.

You will be the CEO’s first line of support and coordination, handling both professional and personal matters. From meetings, travel, and logistics to documents, follow-ups, and time-sensitive requests; your role is to keep things moving, cleanly and reliably.

This is not a polished, passive desk role. It is a hands-on position that requires judgment, common sense, and the ability to stay three steps ahead in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct day-to-day support to the CEO (work + personal)
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Handle confidential documents, formatting, filing, and distribution
  • Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics
  • Liaise with staff, external partners, government offices, and vendors
  • Support personal matters: appointments, renewals, reservations, errands
  • Handle basic admin tasks: printing, couriering, tracking, archiving
  • Be available for urgent or off-hours tasks when needed
  • Serve as a filter and point of contact between the CEO and others
  • Maintain speed, clarity, and discretion in all communication

Who We’re Looking For

  • Smart, execution-focused, and good with judgment
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Currently based in Dubai, with understanding of local systems
  • Tech-savvy: Outlook, Excel, travel tools, file sharing, etc.
  • 3–7 years’ experience in PA, office manager, or executive support roles
  • Experience supporting C-levels or senior decision-makers
  • Calm under pressure, respectful, and confident with stakeholders
  • Discreet, loyal, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Emotionally mature and grounded — not necessarily “senior” but dependable
