Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO to join the team at a prestigious Dubai Government entity. This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage executive-level responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize travel arrangements and official engagements
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations for the Executive Office
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant to C-level executives (5 to 8+ years preferred)
  • Experience working within government or semi-government entities in the UAE is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
