An excellent opportunity to provide key executive support to our Group CEO in an exciting fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Coordinate and prioritize commitments, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Manage the CEO's emails, calendar, meetings, travels, bookings, and engagements.
  • Handle incoming queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding CEO matters, including confidential or critical issues.
  • Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours may be required.
  • Handle CEO's personal projects / tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in UAE.
  • Flexibility to travel globally.
