Hiring Personal Assistant to CEO (Business Development Support)

Zen PD is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO with a strong focus on business development support. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident in client communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
  2. Schedule and follow up on sales appointments and client meetings
  3. Coordinate proposals, client communications, and follow-ups
  4. Maintain CRM records and prepare reports
  5. Support in preparing presentations and sales materials
  6. Handle email correspondence and daily business tasks

Requirements:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. Prior experience supporting C-level executives
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  4. Knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems is a plus
  5. Discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude
