About the Role

Seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO in
managing a range of professional and administrative responsibilities. The role requires
fluency in Arabic and English, a strong grasp of digital tools, and the ability to operate in
a fast-paced, international environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful,
and comfortable with occasional travel on short notice to China and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meeting coordination, and international travel logistics.
• Draft correspondence and prepare meeting materials in English and Arabic.
• Assist with business development, event coordination, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Liaise with government entities, clients, and partners across the UAE and Asia.
• Support the CEO with time-sensitive projects and occasional personal tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle matters with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• UAE-based, with a valid residence visa or sponsorship eligibility.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally at short notice, especially to China
  and Hong Kong.
• Strong command of productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, travel
  platforms).
• Comfortable using or experimenting with AI tools and other workplace technology.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• High degree of discretion and professional conduct.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience supporting senior leadership in consulting, government, or international business.
• Familiarity with UAE business and regulatory frameworks.
• Nationality: European or Arabic
• Salary Budget: AED 15,000, based on commensurate experience
• Exposure to Chinese business culture or Mandarin proficiency (a plus, not required).
