Job Description
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements for the CEO and department heads.
- Confidential Administration: Handle sensitive business and personal matters with the utmost discretion.
- Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and respond to emails, reports, and other documents professionally.
- Office & Records Management: Maintain organized records, files, and important documents for management.
- Liaison & Coordination: Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Task Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and deadlines are met.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points from meetings.
- Problem-Solving: Handle urgent issues proactively and support the executive team in decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with experience).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to work with business communication tools.
- Discretion & Integrity: Must handle confidential business and personal matters with professionalism.
- Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with attention to detail.
