Personal Assistant & House Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, Personal Assistant cum House Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operations of a high-end private residence in Dubai. The Client is a successful individual with a dynamic lifestyle, requiring a polished professional to ensure the home runs efficiently, elegantly, and with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Household Operations

• Oversee the daily functioning and upkeep of the property to luxury standards.
• Supervise household staff including housekeepers, drivers, chef and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and vendor visits, ensuring minimal disruption to the household.

Staff Management

• Maintain a professional, discreet, and respectful work environment.
• Ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met.

Lifestyle Support

• Anticipate the Client's needs and preferences, ensuring the home environment aligns with the schedule and lifestyle.
• Manage personal shopping, errands, and vendor coordination.

Administrative Duties

• Manage household budgets, petty cash, and vendor invoices.
• Maintain inventories.
• Create and manage household manuals and maintenance logs.

Hospitality & Guest Management

• Prepare the residence for guests and ensure warm, discreet hospitality.
• Support planning and execution of private events or gatherings.

Travel & Logistics

• Oversee the Client's travel schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless logistics.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-profile or HNW household.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; hands-on and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
• High discretion, loyalty, and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Professional, polished, and well-versed in luxury lifestyle expectations.
• Experience managing homes with smart technology and security systems.
• Holds a UAE driving license
