Personal Assistant for an Executive Officer

We are seeking a result-oriented, responsible, and reliable individual to support the business and personal needs of a well-known business owner.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, adaptability, and discretion. Responsibilities include managing schedules, proactively solving problems, paying attention to detail, remaining calm under pressure, and prioritizing tasks effectively. Professionalism and integrity are essential, along with building a trustworthy and reliable working relationship. The role aims to seamlessly integrate into the employer's life, reducing stress and boosting productivity.

Requirements: At least two years of experience in a similar role and fluent English proficiency.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, and controlling access to the executive;
  • Arranging travel, transport, accommodation, and visa support;
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence;
  • Housekeeping: coordinating with delivery services, cleaners, and suppliers;
  • Managing a team of drivers and security personnel;
  • Handling personal accounts and budgets.

Additional desirable skills:

  • Managing repairs, selecting suppliers, and comparing offers;
  • Experience as a PA to a senior manager;
  • Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities;
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure;
  • Effective interaction with family members of the executive;
  • Familiarity with 1C financial reporting;
  • Driving license (category B).
