Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant-Dubai
- Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently and conflicts are resolved promptly.
- Prepare detailed itineraries for domestic and international travel, including accommodation, transportation, and meeting schedules.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing communications and fostering professional relationships.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism in all written communications.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial protocols.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes, providing insights that align with the executive's goals.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled smoothly.
- Implement and maintain efficient office systems, including filing, document management, and digital organization.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, maintaining the highest level of trust and confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred for a solid educational foundation.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages will be considered an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is crucial for effective task execution.
