About The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Secretary to provide secretarial support to the CEO of our company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  2. Screen and prioritize all incoming phone calls and emails.
  3. Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  4. Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  5. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Act as a liaison between the CEO and other members of the team.
  7. Attend meetings and take minutes when required.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
  1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, Management or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, specifically in Arabic and English.
  7. Discreet and confidential with sensitive information.
  8. Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
