Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have excellent communication and organizational skills. The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the company's executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all communication, both internal and external, for the executives
  • Manage and maintain the executives' schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executives
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • Conduct research and gather information as requested by the executives
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Assist in managing and prioritizing incoming emails and correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and other team members, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the executives
  • Attend meetings and take minutes when necessary
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
