Responsibilities:
- Manage daily calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing documents.
