We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and personal support to our higher management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, organizing travel, and ensuring day-to-day tasks run smoothly.

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage and coordinate the daily calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other correspondence
  • Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Run personal errands and coordinate personal tasks (when needed)
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts
  • Manage expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash
  • Organize and maintain files and records (both digital and paper-based.
  • Support in event planning or business-related engagements

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
