The role involves managing communication, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. This is an on-site position based in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a Personal Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and English.
Responsibilities
- Point of contact between the Director and internal/external parties.
- Manage Director’s emails and diary; schedule meetings.
- Manage travel, accommodation, and transportation.

Responsibilities

- Responsibilities may also extend to maintaining personal requirements for the Director
