Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our C-Level team member with both personal and professional responsibilities. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to seamlessly manage work and personal commitments.

The successful candidate will handle a dynamic schedule, various tasks, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, stakeholders, and high-profile contacts, representing the C-Level team in a friendly and professional manner. The role is primarily based in our Dubai Hills office, with occasional offsite work.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing seamless support across business and household domains, including:

  • Managing calendar coordination, travel arrangements, meetings, and communication for the CPO.
  • Handling confidential correspondence, preparing presentations, reports, and providing administrative and project support.
  • Organizing and executing meetings, events, offsites, and social functions.
  • Acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Overseeing household operations, family logistics, appointments, travel, and service provider management.
  • Supporting personal errands, shopping, wellness scheduling, and coordinating special occasions.
  • Managing driver schedules and ensuring operational efficiency across commitments.
  • Maintaining and tracking expenses, petty cash, and financial admin, with timely reporting to Finance.
  • Coordinating travel itineraries, agendas, and documents for personal and business trips.
  • Providing support to the HR team, including preparing materials for meetings, projects, and presentations.
