Personal Assistant • Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a Russian/Ukrainian-speaking Personal Assistant for the Director of a YouTube production to manage personal and family tasks (90%) and business responsibilities (10%). The Director has five children actively engaged in various activities. This role is not a nanny position but requires overseeing all activities related to school and extracurriculars.

The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, capable of achieving objectives through strategic planning, persistence, and legal means. Phrases like "I did this," "tried that," "attempted," or "struggled" are not acceptable; instead, focus on results and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Oversight of all activities for the five children, liaising with schools, kindergarten teachers, and parents; managing extracurricular activities; monitoring schedule changes; reporting absences; ensuring household tasks are completed; purchasing materials and uniforms.
  2. Managing payments, school fees, trips, and related expenses.
  3. Handling personal tasks for the Director and her spouse, such as restaurant bookings and maintaining personal calendars.
  4. Providing office support, including arranging medical insurance, vehicle paperwork, and property management.
  5. Travel and visa support, including hotel bookings and visa arrangements.
  6. Attending meetings requiring English translation.
  7. Managing family financial reporting.
  8. Handling business tasks such as visas, insurance, employee housing, and any additional duties that may arise.
Working conditions:

Monday to Friday schedule, with availability 24/7 as needed. Compensation starting from 10 AED, to be discussed during the interview, plus potential bonuses and career growth opportunities. The role offers stable and engaging work, interaction with successful individuals, and valuable experience. Possibility of official employment after a minimum 1-month probation period.
