As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative and organizational support to an individual or executive. Your role will involve managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential information. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion are essential in this role.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications and respond on behalf of the executive when necessary.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in both physical and electronic formats.
Track and manage expense reports and reimbursements.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Conduct research and compile information as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
