We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our management team within the dynamic construction industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in streamlining daily operations, managing schedules, and facilitating communications to ensure smooth project execution and administrative efficiency. Responsibilities: - Manage and organize the executive's schedule, appointments, and meetings with attention to detail. - Coordinate and prioritize communications including emails, calls, and correspondence to ensure timely responses. - Assist with project documentation, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems to support construction activities. - Liaise with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless information flow and follow-up on critical tasks. - Arrange travel plans and accommodations for business trips in line with company policies. - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times. - Support the management team with ad hoc administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in construction or related industries. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. - Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools is an advantage. - High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. - Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
