This position reports to

Global Business Line Manager, Blending

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will provide administrative services and secretarial assistance at an organizational or business level. You will perform complex administrative tasks daily and take ownership of specific business processes or programs. The work model for this role is: onsite. This role contributes to process automation in UAE. You will mainly be responsible for:

  • Assisting a business or business manager with administration tasks such as research, compiling and verifying information, creating reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Sharing knowledge and information to keep others informed and updated.
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email, assessing urgency, and initiating appropriate actions.
  • Arranging business-critical internal/external events, including travel arrangements, developing itineraries, booking accommodations, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers.
