Responsibilities

  1. People development and team management
  • Manage and coach the team: set objectives and assess performance, observe team on the floor, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching based on their needs.
  • Motivate team members with individual recognition via sales results, customer experience results, tier management, and customer relationship management.
  • Create a sense of team spirit, discipline, mutual respect, dedication, and loyalty to the company; recognize individual and team efforts.
  • Ensure teams receive proper training regularly to develop customer experience, product knowledge, selling skills, and other personal development skills.
  • Hold weekly briefings with the team to reinforce communication with sales staff and management.
  • Maintain professional image and grooming standards, reflecting the brand and adhering to company guidelines.
  • Proven ability to deliver commercial results through strategic floor and appointment-based selling.
  • Proactively motivate and support the team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Sales and Service
    • Lead a sales team, define sales strategies, and achieve team sales targets; enable each team member to meet their individual sales goals.
    • Ensure high standards of customer service and experience.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, develop VIPs, and recruit new customers.
    • Organize and lead energetic and relevant morning briefings regularly.
  • Operations
    • Act as manager on duty on the sales floor to oversee daily store operations and assist the team in selling or other tasks as needed.
    • Maintain store operation standards, including stock management and CRM.
    • Complete the Daily Sales Report accurately, providing qualitative feedback when required.
    • Organize and manage staff breaks and rosters to ensure adequate floor coverage.
  • Product
    • Ensure and maintain neat and tidy visual merchandising.
    • Manage several tiers/product categories in terms of sales, visual merchandising, inventory control, and training.
    • Stay updated on market trends and provide buying advice to the store manager.
  • Profile
    • Extensive experience in the fashion industry with a strong understanding of trends and market dynamics.
    • Skilled in engaging with high-net-worth clients to foster loyalty and increase sales.
    • Polished and well-presented, embodying professionalism and brand standards.
    • Over 3 years of experience in luxury brands, with a deep sector appreciation.
    • At least 2 years in a supervisory role within the luxury sector.
    • Experience with diverse clientele, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness.
    • Fluency in Arabic is a valuable asset.
