Job description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Sales and Service :

  1. Welcome clients warmly with a smile, make eye contact, and acknowledge them as soon as they enter the store.
  2. Engage with clients sincerely.
  3. Create a comfortable environment for clients by building rapport through conversation.
  4. Present relevant product features and benefits based on the client's needs identified during the conversation.
  5. Share stories behind each product to enhance customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management :

  1. Visit current and potential clients to establish and maintain relationships, informing them about new products and services.
  2. Invite clients to share their details to continue building the relationship and inform them about new offerings.

Administrative and Visual Merchandising :

  1. Ensure the store is always properly merchandised, with products returned to their place after viewing.
  2. Keep departments well-stocked.
  3. Store and fold products properly to prevent damage.

Operations :

  1. Participate in sales management tasks.
  2. Follow administrative procedures for exchanges, returns, and repairs.
  3. Be responsible for ad hoc tasks assigned by store management.
  4. Share customer feedback on products.
  5. Propose ideas to improve daily store operations and service quality.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • Proven experience in a sales role within luxury retail.
  • Empathy and sincerity in customer service.
  • Professionalism in service delivery.
  • Contribute individually to the sector's turnover.
  • Maintain a positive attitude within the sales team.
