We are seeking an experienced Perfume Business Manager with end-to-end expertise in building and managing a perfume business — from manufacturing setup to retail and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fragrance industry and be capable of driving both operational excellence and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Setup & Operations
  • Oversee establishment and management of perfume production facilities.
  • Source and manage raw materials (essential oils, fragrances, packaging).
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Product Development & Innovation
  • Work with perfumers, evaluators, and designers to develop unique fragrances.
  • Supervise sampling, testing, and product finalization.
  • Identify market trends and consumer preferences to guide product line.
  • Supply Chain & Distribution
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain: sourcing, production, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new launches.
  • Drive sales performance across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
  • Establish B2B partnerships (regional and international).
  • Brand & Market Growth
  • Position the brand competitively within the GCC and global markets.
  • Create marketing and promotional strategies aligned with brand identity.
Requirements
