Performance Tester

• Should have working experience (minimum 5+ years) in Jmeter and Load runner.
• Experience in banking and related financial domains.
• Experience in interacting with application team to gather the nonfunctional requirements.
• Expert in end-to-end performance testing activities like planning, scripting, executions, analysis, bottleneck identification and root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, standards, and best practices.
• Expert in developing and maintaining performance test scripts using multiple protocols like HTTP/HTML, Ajax truclient, Java, JDBC, Mobile, and web services.
• Experience in executing different types of performance tests like load, stress, endurance, and volume.
• Analyze test results, configure analysis graphs, prepare closure reports with root causes of performance issues, and provide corrective actions.
• Knowledge in Java EMS, IBM MQ, TIBCO.
• Experience in middleware testing (MQ - REST and SOAP).
• Strong knowledge in analyzing heap, thread dump, AWR report analysis, and should have knowledge in SQL developer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
