Your opportunity

Sidel is seeking a Regional Performance Services / TPM Manager reporting to the Director for Performance Based Services. The role involves leading a team of engineers across the region to deliver successful performance improvement projects at priority sites and production lines. Sidel's commitment to high performance is reflected in our new TPM Performance projects, which help customers achieve significant performance improvements using TPM / Lean manufacturing practices. The manager will also act as an advisor on our Performance service portfolio, supporting sales teams in communicating the value of these services.

Your Mission

• Lead a team and ensure successful execution of TPM / performance improvement projects.
• Manage 5 direct reports, including project managers and field engineers.
• Develop team capabilities in TPM / Performance and maintenance management.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop the business growth strategy for TPM / Performance services.
• Promote the value of improving customer line performance.
• Represent the company regionally to develop TPM / Operational Excellence capabilities.
• Participate in Sidel’s TPM Services Academy.
• Lead organizational change to embed TPM mindset and capabilities.
• Explore and implement digital technologies to enhance performance targets.

Your Profile

Education and Languages:

• Background in maintenance or production management.
• Experience in TPM / Operational Excellence.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus.

Experience and Skills:

• At least 5 years of plant production / maintenance management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience applying TPM / Operational Excellence methods.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and maintenance in complex environments.
• Familiarity with Sidel equipment or similar beverage production lines is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Proven project and cross-functional management experience.
• Ability to engage with all organizational levels internally and externally.
• Track record of leading change and inspiring teams.
• Willingness to travel 50%-70%.
