As a Performance Media Buyer at PSdigital, you will be pivotal in executing and optimizing our media plans and performance campaigns. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of experts and have the autonomy to make data-driven decisions that impact our company's success.
Job Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on experience in performance marketing and mobile-first advertising plans.
- Good skills in planning, managing, and optimizing PPC, native, and social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and ads).
- Basic knowledge of tracking and analytics tools like GA4, GTM, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Hotjar, and Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Self-motivated and flexible to work in a vibrant business environment.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of commitment and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in performance media buying and campaign management.
- Proficiency in using ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make informed optimizations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to interface with clients.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
