Overview of the role: The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will lead, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple brands and markets, focusing on efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in paid media platforms, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high ROI and revenue growth.

The candidate should be comfortable balancing hands-on account management with strategic planning, maintaining high standards of campaign execution and reporting accuracy.

What you will do:

1. Campaign & Account Management

  • Oversee daily account health, optimization, and quality control across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates, etc.).
  • Execute and monitor bid strategies, targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing.
  • Conduct in-depth brand-level campaign analysis to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain feed optimizations.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams on awareness and performance media plans.
  • Review and approve media plans, ensuring alignment with revenue and ROAS targets.
  • Develop strategies for new account launches and market expansions.
  • Lead deep-dive brand performance analyses to inform strategic decisions.

2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead weekly and monthly meetings with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with brand marketing teams to align on calendars, promotions, and campaign priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on key projects, platform updates, and marketing initiatives.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Review and share weekly performance reports, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Deliver monthly reports with KPI analysis, performance drivers, and recommendations.
  • Maintain and update cost trackers, target sheets, and financial tools.

4. Mentoring & Process Improvement

  • Guide and mentor internal team members on optimization and strategic planning.
  • Standardize and improve workflows for campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Follow best practices for campaign structure, naming, and tracking.
