About the role
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality MQLs that convert into SQLs and ultimately revenue. You’ll manage campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and lead quality. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, CRM, and product teams to align efforts and drive pipeline growth.
