About the role

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality MQLs that convert into SQLs and ultimately revenue. You’ll manage campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and lead quality. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, CRM, and product teams to align efforts and drive pipeline growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Own and manage the full paid media funnel—from ad copy to landing page experience
  • Define and optimize toward MQL and SQL targets in coordination with sales and CRM
  • Run ongoing A/B tests for creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor CAC, CPL, and LTV across all campaigns
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to build engaging creatives and landing pages
  • Use tools like GA4, Looker, or Segment to track and report campaign performance
  • Identify and test new channels or tactics to expand customer acquisition
Who we're looking for
  • Arabic speakers are preferred
  • Experience in fintech/SaaS is preferred
  • 4+ years of performance marketing experience with a proven track record
  • Experience generating MQLs/SQLs in a B2B or SMB-focused environment
  • Deep knowledge of digital ad platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and marketing attribution
  • Highly analytical, data-oriented, and focused on business outcomes
