Performance Marketing Manager

Role: Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing (Digital Marketing)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience:

• 7 to 9 years of GCC / India experience in a similar role with a key focus on performance digital marketing
• Strong Analytical Skill
• Agency Management, Media Planning experience
• Experience managing external vendors (e.g. Google, Facebook) and agencies (e.g. media, social)

Preferred candidate profile:

The job holder will be responsible for Digital & Performance Marketing by executing marketing activities in line with the Concept guidelines. Launch & Optimize SEM campaigns and hold responsibility of channels performance and delivering results.

Must Have:

• 7 to 9 years of GCC / India experience in a similar role with a key focus on performance digital marketing
• Driven by numbers and analytics, research-oriented with good report creation skills.
• Certifications in Google AdWords / Google Analytics preferred
• Web / Online Content Design and Development Certification preferable.
• Specific exposure to digital marketing, new media and e-channel management
• Agency Management, Media Planning experience
• Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
• Strong understanding of the digital environment as a distribution, marketing and engagement channel and experience with direct-response campaigns with external agencies.
• Good understanding of and capability to lead conversion rate optimization, brand awareness and attention, content marketing and website merchandising efforts.
• Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive; takes initiative and anticipates needs.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Arabic knowledge is a plus.
