The Performance Marketing Executive, under general supervision, is responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels to increase sales and enhance customer engagement. This job collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve key business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Assist with end-to-end campaign management and execution across various digital channels, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data trends, and generate actionable insights to inform optimization strategies and drive decision-making.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for key stakeholders, highlighting campaign results, key findings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilise analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign effectiveness, attribution, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve cost efficiency.
- Support with budget forecasting and planning to support long-term marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute campaign initiatives and leverage industry best practices.
- Uphold company values throughout business practices and use sound judgment in decision making.
- Any other additional duties as required by management based on needs of the business.
Position Requirements:
Work Experience
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
Educational Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills/Behaviour Attributes
- Knowledge of marketing concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
