Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead and execute targeted campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms. This role combines digital ad strategy, campaign execution, content collaboration, and account management. The ideal candidate is data-oriented, creative, and collaborative—equally comfortable analyzing campaign performance and contributing to content planning with the wider team.
This position will play a key role in supporting brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion strategies across Wafi Group’s business units, particularly in F&B, retail, and leisure.
Key Responsibilities·Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
·Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and media planning aligned with campaign goals.
·Manage budgets, monitor ad performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS), and regularly optimize to improve results.
·Create campaign reports and performance dashboards with actionable insights.
·Work closely with business units to define campaign objectives and align strategies to their sales goals.
·Serve as a point of contact for select accounts, managing expectations, briefs, and timelines.
·Collaborate on planning, calendar development, and creative briefs across departments.
·Work with the design, content, and media team to guide asset creation for performance campaigns.
·Provide input on ad copy, visuals, and calls-to-action to ensure optimal campaign performance.
·Support organic social strategy where applicable with performance-driven insights.
·Analyze campaign results using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
·Present learnings and strategic adjustments based on performance data.
·Contribute to monthly marketing reviews and planning sessions.
·Assist in developing integrated campaigns that align with brand voice and business goals.
·Help coordinate influencer activity, cross-promotions, and event-led campaigns as needed.
·Support communication with internal teams and stakeholders across different business units.
Key Attributes & Skills·Highly analytical and performance-focused.
·Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
·Strong understanding of digital advertising, A/B testing, and lead funnels.
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
·Able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
Requirements·Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
·2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role.
·Proven track record of running paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·Familiarity with CRM, landing page tools, or lead tracking systems is a plus.
