On a given day, you will :

  • Oversee and optimise campaigns across eight advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc). Ensure efficient budget allocation and performance tracking
  • Identify, test, and integrate AI-driven marketing tools to automate bidding strategies, streamline creative testing, optimise targeting, and improve campaign efficiency
  • Conduct A / B testing, in-depth performance analysis, market research, and competitor analysis to refine ad strategy and maximise ROI
  • Ensure that landing pages are fully optimised, tracking is working correctly, data is passing properly, and all integrations are functioning seamlessly
  • Work closely with our design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives tailored for different platforms
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, test new platforms, explore emerging ad formats, and optimise bidding strategies to improve campaign performance

  • You thrive on managing high-volume campaigns – juggling over 300 campaigns across eight platforms with strategic prioritisation, rapid context switching, and the mental resilience to adapt under pressure.
  • You excel at navigating global communication and coordination challenges, working seamlessly with teams across MENA, LATAM, and Asia, and adeptly managing differences in time zones and cultural nuances.
  • You embrace the challenge of integrating cutting-edge AI-driven marketing tools and automation solutions, continuously upskilling yourself and cross-functional teams to stay ahead in the convergence of finance and technology.
  • You remain diligent and adaptable when it comes to evolving ad policies and affiliate compliance rules, ensuring that your marketing messages consistently resonate and perform across diverse markets.

We would love to work with you if you :

  • Have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing, preferably in a performance-driven role
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing and optimising large-scale paid media campaigns
  • Show proficiency in managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and DSPs
  • Have an understanding of the importance of engaging content and compelling messaging
  • Bring a strategic mindset combined with excellent execution skills
  • Familiarity with tracking, landing page optimisation, and marketing integrations
  • Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies
  • Possess professional fluency in English
