As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery, insights, and analysis of media performance within the digital landscape. Utilizing proprietary and market-leading technology, you will analyze performance across multiple channels with a key focus on digital media. You will ensure the highest quality of execution within agreed deadlines while also playing a vital role in business development and client relationship management. Additionally, you will mentor and train a team of Performance Media Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance media strategies, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and data analysis.
- Manage and optimize budgets across performance platforms to align with client business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of Performance Media Executives, ensuring high standards in execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for media strategy and best practices.
- Seek opportunities to test new technologies and betas to drive client KPIs.
- Provide training and development sessions for junior team members and wider teams across the agency.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and innovation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging media opportunities, integrating them into media plans.
- Ensure complete client satisfaction and drive revenue growth for the Performance Media Division.
A Typical Day Will Include:
- Providing expertise across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic.
- Consulting and guiding teams to design and implement biddable strategies for a diverse client portfolio in the MENA region.
- Collaborating with operations teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs by offering optimization guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Leading client onboarding and supporting technical setup across biddable platforms.
- Developing strong relationships with key publishers to stay ahead of industry trends and build innovation roadmaps.
- Preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with insights and recommendations.
- Leading cross-functional digital projects such as data partnerships, attribution modeling, and dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
- Owning the biddable media section for new business pitches, showcasing strong strategic thinking and storytelling.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic.
- Proficient in Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong strategic thinking with data-driven insights for campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring teams and fostering collaboration.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and analytics tools preferred.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
