Performance Management Analyst - Emirati Talent

Job Purpose

The job holder supports the effective execution of performance management processes using the ENOC Performance Management framework within the ENOC group.

Supports executing the Scorecard cascading and alignment process across the organization by producing various analytical and review reports across ENOC Group entities in coordination with scorecards champions & Coordinators.

Supports in the verification and compliance processes of the scorecards champions and coordinators to the Performance Management Policy & procedure.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Support development of ENOC Group scorecard by identifying relevant KPIs.
2. Coordinate cascading of Scorecards across Segments and BUs by participating in discussions and suggesting relevant KPIs.
3. Prepare periodic monitoring reports of appropriate metrics, variance analysis and identify performance trends and anomalies related across Scorecards.

Educational Qualification: BA in Business Administration.

Professional Qualification: Performance Management certification preferred.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
