ENOC is seeking a Performance Management Analyst to support its performance management processes. The role involves coordinating scorecard cascades, performance analysis, and communication within the ENOC Group. Ideal candidates will have a business degree and relevant experience, although fresh graduates are welcomed.
The job holder supports the effective execution of performance management processes using the ENOC Performance Management framework within the ENOC group.
Supports executing the Scorecard cascading and alignment process across the organization by producing various analytical and review reports across ENOC Group entities in coordination with scorecards champions & Coordinators.
Supports in the verification and compliance processes of the scorecards champions and coordinators to the Performance Management Policy & procedure.
Principal Accountabilities
Educational Qualification: BA in Business Administration.
Professional Qualification: Performance Management certification preferred.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
