Job description
Responsibilities
- Maintain active visibility in departments & work in partnership with Department Heads and Coaches to address HR matters.
- Assist with the effective implementation of HR and Training initiatives.
- Schedule and implement monthly HR Departmental Meeting.
- Give status report to highlight the current status of HR Engagement activity.
- Give recommendations for improvement and assign tasks where required.
- Ensure communication rhythms at departmental and hotel level are maintained.
- Attend Departmental meetings and give HR updates.
- Ensure scheduling and implementation of GM Round Table meetings and Quarterly Huddles.
- Support HR Leadership team with recruitment and L&D initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with Accommodation Leadership team to ensure seamless experience for all employees.
