Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain active visibility in departments & work in partnership with Department Heads and Coaches to address HR matters.
  2. Assist with the effective implementation of HR and Training initiatives.
  3. Schedule and implement monthly HR Departmental Meeting.
  4. Give status report to highlight the current status of HR Engagement activity.
  5. Give recommendations for improvement and assign tasks where required.
  6. Ensure communication rhythms at departmental and hotel level are maintained.
  7. Attend Departmental meetings and give HR updates.
  8. Ensure scheduling and implementation of GM Round Table meetings and Quarterly Huddles.
  9. Support HR Leadership team with recruitment and L&D initiatives as required.
  10. Collaborate with Accommodation Leadership team to ensure seamless experience for all employees.
