Job Description

Job Title: People Solutions Center Partner META

Position Reports to: HR Operations Head EMEA & JPAC

Locations: Dubai (hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced People Solutions Center Partner to join our HR Operations team in Dubai. You will support and coordinate HR Operations processes and payroll across multiple countries in the META Region: United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Morocco, South Africa and Turkey, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery by external partners. In this role, you will handle complex cases, act as a point of escalation, and drive the digitization and optimization of Hire-to-Retire processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate HR Operations processes with external partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Manage payroll administration and approval, providing final validation and sign-off.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and external vendors to ensure smooth service transitions and manage mobility cases.
  • Handle complex cases and process escalations, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data entries to maintain reliable source of data for payroll.
  • Support the implementation and change management of global Hire-to-Retire processes.
  • Promote the adoption of Workday, encouraging Employee and Manager Self-Service for essential HR processes.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
  • Business Proficiency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience coordinating external vendors.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and completion.
  • Experience with Workday and knowledge of basic labor law principles for Hire-to-Retire processes.
  • Background in shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) is a plus.
  • Experience in HR transformation and service transition is desirable.
